Legal basis(s): The processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of Takagreen to manage its activity and its contractual and commercial relations.
When the professional is a natural person assimilated to a consumer under consumer law, the processing is based on the performance of the contract between Takagreen and this professional or to take pre-contractual measures at his request.

The duration of the conversation : The data is kept for 3 years from the end of the contractual relationship on an active basis and then archived on a probationary basis for 5 years.
