Délibio was born from the desire to move the lines of event catering by supporting companies and agencies in the organization of their events. Our challenge is to bring a pleasant atmosphere everywhere, we have well-made ideas and more than one trick under our hat. From culinary entertainment to bespoke furniture and from service to decoration, the Délibio experience will amaze your guests.
We provide the following services: Buffet and cocktails (from 8 to 21 pieces), seated meal and coffee breaks or reception as well as meal trays.
All of our products are certified organic by ecocert, mainly from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region and fair trade certified for more exotic products (coffee, chocolate, etc.). The cuisine is prepared following the principles of home-made (transformation of raw products). Finally, we have thought of the catering service as a zero waste approach through the use of reusable containers (glasses and verrines) in order to limit waste as much as possible. We recycle all of our organic waste in the kitchen and donate leftovers from our events to local food banks.
We carry out production and service on site for events ranging from 40 to 500 guests, everything is provided by experienced kitchen brigades (Chef de cuisine, chef de partie, experienced cooks and pastry chefs) and on site (master hotel, head waiter, waiters).
