Installed in less than two hours and in complete sanitary safety, it is equipped with a smart fridge, which provides high quality, fresh and varied menus every day, entirely homemade by the Chefs of Baobab Lab, and sold at the right price.

To actively fight against food waste, Baobab Lab works with Phenix, leader in anti-waste in Europe with 100 meals saved every day, which resells meal baskets, at the end of the DLC, at a reduced price. And more generally, to encourage responsible consumption, the start-up offers local organic products and sustainable commitments, reduced waste production with, among other things, the use of returnable glass containers (zero plastic, zero waste) and a limited carbon impact thanks to the short circuit.
