The Reuse Booster is a collective initiative of 30 project owners in the real estate sector who wish to integrate reused materials into their operations.

Launched in September 2020, this 3-year project aims to integrate reused materials into 450 projects in order to greatly accelerate the massification of the reuse of construction materials in France.

The triple mission of the Reuse Booster:

• Help and support public and private project owners and designers to prescribe reuse by facilitating exchanges with stakeholders (architects, construction companies, suppliers, insurers, etc.) and innovation research partners on construction, construction and reuse.
• Unite public and private contracting authorities around a positive collective dynamic to use the strength of a group of principals in order to consolidate the re-employment market.
• Make demand visible via a digital platform (Looping.immo) in order to stimulate supply and calculate the associated carbon and environmental benefit.

Perspective for the initiative: Objective of reducing the carbon impact of the building sector by 20 to 30% thanks to the massification of reuse, supporting 450 projects and more than one million square meters of reuse solutions in 3 years.
