326 About 5434.42 km Since 3 years

Description

The Mobility Orientation Law, voted on December 19, 2019, requires companies with more than 50 employees to include mobility as one of the topics to be addressed during the Mandatory Annual Negotiations (NAO), in addition to remuneration and professional equality between women and men. The LOM notably opens up the possibility of deploying a new tool, the Sustainable Mobility Package (FMD). This obligation and this tool are new, and employers are wondering how to go about it. EM Services proposes to start from the needs of employees to adapt the strategy to be deployed.

How does it work?

We offer you :

– A methodological framework: obligations, rules to be respected, context of the vote of the law, feedback from companies having deployed the system

– A diagnosis of the current mobility of your employees to establish the bases of the negotiation

– Scenarios for deploying the sustainable mobility package: basic scenario / proactive scenario

– The conditions of operational deployment of the FMD:

    • help in choosing tools to manage and manage employee mobility,
    • preparation for the deployment/communication/change plan,
    • support for the execution of the plan

For which users and in which territories?

Companies throughout France that want to attract and retain talent, promote other modes of mobility than the private car, concretely engage in the ecological transition of their activity on the mobility side.
