Created in 2015 in Haute-Savoie, EPHEMERE SQUARE offers a concept for designing, modular and eco-responsible spaces for all professional events: trade fairs and congresses (stands, relaxation and reception areas, catering, etc.), outdoor events (festivals, pop-up stores, Christmas markets …).

EPHEMERE SQUARE innovates on the market for the development of temporary spaces with the ambition to make events aesthetic
& sustainable. The concept was designed so as not to throw away any structural element at the end of an event.

Our structures combine wood with steel connectors which give a contemporary and quality look. The framework is enriched and personalized thanks to our catalogue: partitions, floors, roofs, furniture, accessories... The possibilities are endless, use your creativity!

Beyond this ecological ambition to reduce waste, EPHEMERE SQUARE is committed on a daily basis to a complete CSR approach:

• A range of eco-designed furniture, elements of French origin, PEFC or FSC certified wood
• Suppliers close to warehouses: more than 60% are within a radius of less than 80 km (less km = less carbon!)
• A Haute-Savoie warehouse supplied with 100% green energy
• Actions in favor of employees: well-being at work, bonuses, financing of mutual insurance companies, etc.
• The establishment of a volunteering and donation policy
• The study of our carbon impact and the implementation of effective solutions to reduce it

In November 2019, EPHEMERE SQUARE becomes the first French event provider to join the B Corporation community !

This community of pioneering companies brings together, in more than 60 countries, actors who want to reconcile lucrative activity and general interest. B Corps are companies that seek not to be the best in the world, but much better for the world. Objective: to use business as a force for positive change in society!
