What is Nylo®?

nylo® is a 6% polyamide 100 from fishing nets.
It is recycled, recyclable, efficient, responsible, injectable, printable, dedicated to the production of technical parts, or aspects.

To produce nylo®, File & Fab work on two cried :

Before us to supply net, we go to each of the ports for usensure the nature of the fillets, the quality of the material and the packaging. We then supervise the supply of the nets that we regenerate by setting up a supply chain local the collection.

Recycling steps:
Once the fillets arrive in our factory, they are sorted to separate the materials who composes them to guarantee a pellet de quality 100% PA6.
They are then crushed internally then granulated to give nylo®.

We can then make versions with specific properties by compounding.
