Geo-energy for heating or cooling buildings is a renewable energy available locally, all the time, without intermittency and exploitable with a small footprint on the ground. This consists of going to draw from the ground, underground, the coolness in summer or the heat in winter. We thus use the property of the subsoil to maintain a constant temperature of about 12-15°C all year round, below a depth of 5 m and up to a few tens of meters.
