Since 2006, the Moulin has been offering home-made, balanced and gourmet meals in Lyon. Lunches are served in the 2 shops in Lyon, or delivered to the offices by soft transport, thanks to the Charrettes (electrically assisted scooters). Le Moulin also offers corporate catering services: breakfasts, meal trays and cocktails. Beyond a catering company, the Moulin is an entrepreneurial adventure with strong values. The Moulin project goes beyond eating well and ecology. The ambition is to build a business model that puts people at the heart.
