Meal Merci is committed to sustainable cooking. We offer ultra-local recipes, thanks to our Ile de France producers, and our menu is 100% homemade and seasonal.

Zero waste

All our catering services and meal trays are zero waste, and we are working to limit our carbon footprint as much as possible.

• Your meal trays are delivered in cloth pouches and include a starter, a main course and a dessert in jars, stainless steel cutlery, and organic baker's bread. After each performance we collect and wash everything!
• We provide carbon-free deliveries by cargo bike.
• On the kitchen side, our chef works the products as much as possible in their entirety and we recycle bio-waste with our compost.
