We offer you one-off or weekly follow-up for your teams: cohesion, motivation, improvement of the health and productivity of employees, loyalty are all concepts around well-being at work.

We can offer you several types of company sessions, with several themes, which can be scalable by cycle, or even by week, our team always being made up of coaches with a multi-skill:

– cross training 

– muscle strengthening

– Pilate / Yoga

– stretching 

– relaxation

– other possible specific requests to be studied on a case-by-case basis: reflexology, massage.

For one-off sessions we will be at the rate of 100 HT per 1 hour session.

For a weekly follow-up, the price is 80 HT. We can go up to 15/20 people per face-to-face session (modular if the reception area is large enough, to be agreed together according to your premises or the outdoor space.

Our courses are above all accessible and our challenge is to surprise you with new surprises all the time.

The sessions can be done by video, we have a studio from which we make our animations, interactions are possible and it is up to us to make the session alive! These interventions can be linked to reminder sheets of the exercises performed, for example in the case of sports and posture intervention in teleworking.
