Our LesEnR agency was founded in 2006. On the occasion of our 10th anniversary in 2016, LesEnR became Vizea. Vizea is thus specialized in sustainable development initiatives at the City level. Our agencies in Lyon and Bordeaux and the headquarters in Paris allow us to operate throughout France and internationally.

Vizea has been integrating sustainable development into its projects for more than ten years with the ambition of convincing all those involved in city construction of the merits of this approach. Acting and getting our customers to act to protect the planet, make our cities more comfortable and healthier, create the conditions for living together, these are the challenges that we take up every day and that we spread around us.

If Vizea has developed many conceptual approaches to make the city more sustainable, such as the Territory with Positive Resources (TERREP), it is above all through operations that we lead our approach. Creating the conditions that make possible innovative projects, lean in resources, useful for the inhabitants, these are the challenges of our business.

To succeed in this commitment, we have adopted an engineering approach that allows us to respond to technical issues by offering our customers solutions capable of solving specific problems. Based on an approach of understanding territories and neighborhoods, their environmental but also human behavior, we adopt a process of technical reflection to allow the design of a more sustainable city. This approach is made possible by our teams, thanks to their in-depth understanding and mastery of the themes related to the sustainable city.

To succeed in this commitment, we are also required to train, convince and lead our partners and customers towards these approaches, which are often innovative, sometimes restrictive but always effective. Project after project we push back with them the limits of the sustainable city, of the apprehension of the world of tomorrow.

We want to create a sustainable, different city, capable of accepting ever greater density without ever jeopardizing the future of those who follow us on the planet. So that it is acclaimed by all and not rejected as sometimes, we are committed to this technical and human challenge that is Vizea.
