ECLER (Circular Economy, Ecological and Responsible Logistics) is an energy saving program supported by the Ministry of Ecological and Solidarity Transition, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and ADEME as part of the Energy Savings Certificates (CEE).

Led by Cemafroid, alongside Hydroparts France and visible.digital, the main objective of the ECLER program is to reduce the energy consumption of refrigerated transport through the dissemination of good practices (by training delivery drivers and educational marking of refrigerated vehicles) and the digitization of refrigerated transport.
